  2. Provide 2 of Onions (Medium, Roughly Chopped).

  4. Provide 4 tbsp of Yoghurt (Beaten).
  5. Use 3 Tbsp of Coriander Seeds (Roasted & Ground coarsely).
  6. Prepare 6 of Large Dry Red Chilies (Roasted & Ground coarsely).
  7. Get 1 Tsp of Turmeric Powder.
  8. Take 1/2 Bunch of Coriander greens(Chopped).
  9. Take 4 Tbsp of Mustard Oil.
  10. Provide to taste of Salt.

  1. Wash the Mutton under running water in a colander. Shake off the excess water..
  2. Marinate with the Ginger-Garlic paste, Yoghurt, Salt & Turmeric. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours..
  3. Dry roast the Coriander Seeds over low heat until aromat. Add the Dry Red Chillies. Keep stirring to avoid burning..
