  8. Provide 1 1/2 tsp of curry powder.
  9. Prepare of Spinach.
  10. Prepare 1 of cooking spoon palm oil.
  11. Get 1/2 of cooking spoon veg oil.

  13. Prepare 1 of medium sized sweet potato diced.
  14. Use 1 tsp of black pepper.
  15. Take 1 tsp of calaba nutmeg (gyadar kamshi).

Instructions to make Vegetable Beans:
