  1. Chop all leafy vegetables and wash i.e spinach,fenugreek,Coriander and mint.
  2. Make paste of onion and soaked cashewnut.
  3. Now add oil and butter or ghee on kadai and add cumin, cloves,cardamom andbayleaf also add green chilli ginger garlic paste 2tsp.
  4. Now add all leafy vegetables which are chopped and washed and add some salt and baking soda for smoothen all bhaji and cook in oil upto it becomes cooked or softens by covering it.and stir it in between.
  5. Now add paste of onion and cashewnut.mix well cook for some time..
  6. Add milk and malai or freshcream and stir it well.
  7. Add kitchen king masala,turmeric and salt.
  8. At last if you want may add some lemonjuice 1/2 TSP.but its optional.
  9. Cook for 5 min.on low flame.Curry is ready to serve.
  10. Now we make kofta for this mash boiled potato add green chilli ginger paste,cournflour,salt,lemon juice.
  11. Half crush green peas and in kadai take oil add cumins and cook crushed peas in it by stirring continuously add salt, coriander,garam masala, green chilli ginger paste also add cashewnut and raisins..
  12. Take potato mixer in hand and flattened it and in between fill green peas stuffing and cover and roll in desired shape i.e round or oval.
  13. Shallow fry or deep fry koftas.for low calories good to shallow fry..
  14. Now assamble whole curry dish.take serving bowl put some koftas and pour curry on it.add fresh cream and garnish with coriander.
