- Take a pan add oil and then add chicken cubes,and ginger garlic paste and fry the chicken to change the colour and then add tomato paste,green chili paste,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,zeera powder, Tikka masala,chat masala, crushed red chilli powder,black pepper and mix it for a 2 minutes and cover the chicken on a medium flame for a 15 minutes.after 15 min then add the gram masala powder and mix it for a 2 min then off the flame..
